Where is my order confirmation?
If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via email@example.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.
Can I alter my order?
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
When will my order arrive?
We currently do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the United States of America.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and delivery time. If your order value is more than $100, we provide free shipping within the U.S. To view our full shipping policy click here.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
Can I return or exchange an item?
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order number in reference. All requests for refunds or returns must be made in-person at our store with a representative or by emailing us at email@example.com for processing.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for equal value in either store credit or a gift card.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label free of charge, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.
Refunds in the form of original payment (not in store credit or a gift card) are issued on a case by case basis. To see if you qualify for a refund in the original payment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 30 days of receiving your items for processing.
If your refund is accepted in the form or your original payment, you are responsible for shipping fees back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.
We currently only offer exchanges in-store.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org with the details. We’ll respond within 24 hours.
How long does it take to return an item?
Once your order has been accepted, recieved and processed as a return or refund, we’ll notify you by email. If approved for refund by card payment it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account. Refunds or returns by giftcard or store-credit will be emailed within 2 days. Please contact us at email@example.com if processing has taken longer than 14 business days.
