All requests for refunds or returns must be made in-person at our store with a representative or by emailing us at customersupport@olyphant.store for processing.
We accept returns of unused products that are in sellable condition within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply email us at customersupport@olyphant.store (make sure to include your order number), and a member of our team will help you start your return.
Once you start the return process, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will refund the original form of payment after we receive your item(s) and they've been reviewed and processed.
We strive hard to make orders right, but sometimes accidents do happen. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at customersupport@olyphant.store immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we rectify the situation.
