Shipping & Payment Info

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 11am-5pm PST

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends or holidays), however we try our best to get your order packaged as soon as we can. You will receive an email when your order ships that includes your tracking number(s).

• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Domestic Shipping

• After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email ( be sure to check your spam folder too).

• We ship mostly using USPS, however we will occasionally ship using UPS for certain hazardous products that require ground shipping.

• We offer $6 Flat Rate shipping for orders below $100.

• Free Standard shipping is applied to orders equal to or over $100.

• Gift Card Orders qualify for Free Shipping, and will be mailed via USPS First Class Mail (no tracking number).

• We ship from Olympia, WA and generally ship orders placed for Standard shipping according to the following chart. Delivery times are as listed on the USPS website, and are an estimate only, not guaranteed.

Local Pickup

• In-store pickup is available during our regular store hours.

• An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

• Pick-up orders will generally be ready within a few hours of placing your order. However, if we receive your order after 5pm, it may not be ready until the next business day.

International Shipping

We, unfortunately, do not offer international shipping outside the US at this time.
